Send this to user when they ask about an email confirmation for a registration/enrollment in a course.

• If the user indicates that their email address is correct and that they have already contacted the training POC without receiving a response, escalate the issue to the administrator.
  

Kindly note that a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the address listed in the student’s profile upon

completion of the enrollment process.

Please also note that additional email notifications are sent out at 3 weeks, 1 week, and 2 days prior to the start

day of a registered class. These emails will contain both the link needed to join the virtual class and other important information to help in preparation for the training.

If you did not receive a notification, first verify the email address listed in your profile is correct and revise if needed. If your contact information is correct, kindly contact the training POC.
