Please use this SR if a user asks about rescheduling a course/training they are registered for. 

• If the user indicates they have already contacted the training POC without receiving a response, escalate the issue to the administrator.
  

Kindly note that the system does not allow for the rescheduling of classes. To change one's registration, the student will need to first cancel their enrollment within the cancellation deadline and then re-enroll in the desired class for the desired date.

Please also note that if it is past the cancellation deadline for the original training, you will need to contact the training POC.
