Please use this SR if a user asks about transferring their registration for a class over to another user/employee. 

• If the user indicates they have already contacted the training POC without receiving a response, escalate the issue to the administrator.
  

Kindly note that the system does not allow for the transfer of class registration. To switch the registration, the original student will need to first cancel their enrollment within the cancellation deadline and then the new student will need to enroll or be enrolled separately.

Please also note that if it is past the cancellation deadline for the original training, you will need to contact the training POC.
