If the user can't find the emails containing the training URL, have them check their Inbox as well as Spam and Promotions. You may also search for the training POC in the course details section if the user doesn't have that information - if all fails, escalate to the admin. 

Kindly note that a notification should be sent out to the registered individual via email at 3 separate intervals - 3 weeks, 1 week, and again 2 days prior to the starting day of class - containing the link required to join the virtual class, as well as other important information to help you prepare for upcoming training.
