Kindly provide these directions to update their own email address in the LMS.
- Internal Users (JCI employee): account information update requests should be escalated.
- External Users (employee of an authorized JCI distributors or unauthorized distributor): should be able to update their email address. If the user is unable to update their email address, escalate to the admin.

Kindly see the following steps to update your email address on your TechXchange account.
1. Login to your TechXchange account.
2. Access the Account Settings.
• Hover over or tab to the avatar in the navigation bar.
• Select the Account option from the menu.
3. Edit User Information.
• Under the Profile tab, locate the 'Edit User Information' option in the left column and select it.
• A pop-up window will appear. Enter the correct email address in the appropriate field.
• Scroll down in the pop-up window and click 'Save' to finalize the change.
