Specialist Notes:


Kindly provide these directions to update their own email address in the LMS. 

  • Internal Users (JCI employee): account information update requests should be escalated.
  • External Users (employee of an authorized JCI distributors or unauthorized distributor): should be able to update their email address. If the user is unable to update their email address, escalate to the admin. 


Standard Response:


Kindly see the following steps to update your email address on your TechXchange account.

1. Login to your TechXchange account.

2. Access the Account Settings.

• Hover over or tab to the avatar in the navigation bar.

• Select the Account option from the menu.


3. Edit User Information.

• Under the Profile tab, locate the 'Edit User Information' option in the left column and select it. 

• A pop-up window will appear. Enter the correct email address in the appropriate field.

• Scroll down in the pop-up window and click 'Save' to finalize the change.
