Administrators have informed us that we are unable to assist with payment issues when a credit card is being declined by the third‑party payment processor. We are not able to override or force the payment through from our end.

        

HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?

  • Use this SR to suggest possible troubleshooting solutions when the user states that they are having issues using the payment gateway on the site.

  • We can also advise the user to contact their bank for more information or to try a different card.


Standard Response:


Kindly note that administrators advise that, in most instances, this error may be due to the online payment gateway not being compatible with mobile devices. Please access your account on a computer and locate the courses in your shopping cart to complete payment and registration.

Also note that any charges you may see on your credit card from submissions made while using a mobile device are only authorization holds, not full charges, and will drop off.
