Unfortunately, certificates do not convey when users move from one company to another, even if the new company is authorized.


Standard Response:


Please note that Product Certifications are tied to the company with which the individual was affiliated at the time the training was completed and cannot be transferred to another company.


Upon departure from the original company, the employee’s account will be deactivated and any associated certifications will be voided.


If the individual joins a new company, certification must be obtained again under the new organization. Recertification may be permitted if the course is available and if the new company is an Authorized Distributor.
